Mixed Fruit Custard



I come from a family where diabetes is inherited by default by one and all.
So I have used Sugarfree in this sweet dish.  

Ingredients:

Milk                        -  500 ml
Custard powder       -  1 table spoon
Sugarfree                -  1 table spoon
Apple                      -  1 medium sized
Banana                   -  1 medium sized
Chickoo                  -  1 medium sized
Pine apple               -  a small piece
Papaya                   -  1 small piece
Raisens                  -  2 table spoons

1.  Take away a little milk separately in a small bowl and place the rest of the milk in a thick bottomed bowl on the stove.
2.  Bring it to boil.
3.  Add the custard powder and the sugarfree sugar in the small bowl with milk.
4.  Mix it throughly without lumps.
5.  Add it to the boiling milk and bring it back to boil for 2 mins.
6.  Switch off the stove and allow it to cool and refrigerate.
7.  Dice the fruits and spread them in a bowl.
8.  Pour the refrigerated custard mixture over the fruits.
9.  Sprinkle raisens and chocolate powder and serve.
