Ingredients:
Ground nut - 250 gms
Jaggery - 100 gms
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Rice flour - 2 table spoon
1. Heat kadai and add ground nuts and fry.
2. Fry till the groundnuts turns brown.
3. Allow it to cool and peel.
(For peeling rub the fried ground nuts & remove the dust)
4. Heat the kadai and add the jaggery and 2 table spoons of water.
5. Let the jaggery melt and boil till it becomes bubbly.
6. When a drop of jaggery water is dropped into water we should be able to roll it into a ball.
7. Now add the peeled groundnuts and cardamom powder and roll it to laddu when it is hot.
8. Use the rice flour (or anyother flour is ok) as heat resistant for rolling the laddu.
9. Place the rolled laddus in a plate and rotate the plate till the laddus cool down.
10.Ground nut laddu ready.
