Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 100 gms
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Cardamom powder - 2 pinches
Cinnamomum camphora - 1 pinch
1. Heat the kadai and fry the rava till it turns light pink.
2. Let the rava cool down and make it into powder.
3. Also powder the sugar.
4. Heat 1 table spoon of ghee in a kadai and fry the cashewnuts till golden brown.
5. Now mix the powdered rava, powdered sugar, fried cashewnuts,cardamom powder and the camphara powder.
6. Heat the balance ghee and add to the mixture.
7. Roll the mixture into small balls.
8. It should made to laddoos when the mixture still hot. It should be rolled very delicately.
9. Tasty rava laddoos are ready.
